Role Purpose

We’re on the hunt for a dynamic and versatile Partnerships Manager to join our team! You’ll be at the heart of delivering best-in-class partnerships across our venue estate, working with an exciting portfolio of partners. This is your chance to bring creativity, energy, and relationship-building skills to a role where every partnership counts and every activation makes an impact. 

Responsibilities

As Partnerships Manager, you will work transparently as part of a collaborative team, with a focus on driving & maximising partner rights for the partners you are responsible for. You will take the lead supporting across the team as required to support wider partnerships activity against key deliverables.

Salary: Up to £45,000 dependent + benefits

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

We’re looking for someone who loves working with brands and building strong client and partner relationships. Experience in marketing, live music or events is a bonus, but what really counts is a passion for creating connections and making things happen.

 

You’ll have previous experience as a Partnerships Manager, be confident across digital channels; able to measure impact, and comfortable juggling multiple projects while supporting the team. A self-starter with great interpersonal skills, you thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritise with ease, and bring a positive, can-do attitude.
