At the top of the ‘Walkie Talkie’ building, Sky Garden’s Bars open bright and early; throughout the day, our guests soak up the views with drinks and light snacks until the evening when the extensive cocktail list and sharing boards take the spotlight as London comes to life and music fills the air.

We are looking for an exceptional, Assistant Bar Manager to join our Sky Garden team.

The Assistant Bar Manager will support the day to day management of two outlets – all with progressive offers catering to the needs of our guests. They will help ensure that our 70 strong team delivers the highest level of service for up to 6,000 visitors per day.

The Assistant Bar Manager will need to be highly hands on across service and team training, truly leading by example on the floor.

The ideal candidate must have experience as an Assistant Bar Manager or proven Senior Bartender/Bar Supervisor within high volume, wet led operations. Experience in high footfall environments is essential; high end experience is highly desirable, and high rise or landmark venues would be a bonus. They will need a solid understanding of bar operations and commercial awareness, alongside the energy and personality to motivate and inspire a busy bar team.
