• Up to £30,000 per year plus service charge

We’re looking for an inspiring, hands on Café Manager to lead our bustling, communit focused café in south west London, Clapham. If you’re a proven hospitality leader who’s passionate about quality, customer experience and building high performing teams, this is your chance to make a real impact

What You’ll Do

• Run daily operations smoothly — stock, deliveries, ordering and compliance
• Lead, mentor and motivate a passionate FOH & BOH team
• Work closely with the Head Chef on weekly performance reviews and improvement plans
• Champion exceptional service and a warm, welcoming atmosphere

• A track record of running busy, high‑quality hospitality operations
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management skills
• Excellent organisation and admin abilities
• Experience in staffing, planning, stock control and food safety
