Oak View Group is reinventing the way the world comes together.
Driven by a passion to revolutionise the live events industry with dynamic thinking and an unshakeable dedication to those we serve, OVG turns up the volume on what makes life extraordinary.
From inspired development to curated hospitality, from brand innovation to premium for all, OVG is setting new standards and redefining expectations for everyone.
Sky Garden sits at the very top of 20 Fenchurch Street — better known as the 'Walkie Talkie' — one of London's most recognisable landmarks. At 35 floors up, it's home to two restaurants, two bars, and a series of stunning event spaces, all set within a sprawling landscaped garden with sweeping views across the capital.
The operation is managed by Rhubarb, a leading luxury hospitality company and part of Oak View Group (OVG) — a global powerhouse in live entertainment and venue management. It's a complex, fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders, high volumes, and absolutely no room for the back of house operation to slip.
We're looking for a reliable, presentable Public Attendant to help keep Sky Garden's public areas — including washrooms and guest-facing spaces — clean, well-stocked, and welcoming at all times.
It's a visible, hands-on role and a genuinely important one. The standard of our public spaces directly affects how every guest experiences Sky Garden — and that matters to us. You'll be working as part of a wider operations team, and you'll be the person guests often notice first when they're looking for help or directions. A friendly, professional manner goes a long way here.
Previous experience in a similar role — toilet attendant, cleaning operative, or public-facing facilities work in a hotel, venue, restaurant, or leisure facility — is helpful, but not essential. What matters more is reliability, a positive attitude, and pride in doing the job properly.
Sky Garden is open seven days a week and operates late into the evening — shifts will include weekends and unsociable hours, particularly around events. The BOH at a venue like this is never quiet, and the role demands someone who genuinely thrives on that. In return, you'll be working somewhere that very few people get to go behind the scenes of — a world-class venue with a team that takes real pride in what they do, backed by the scale and support of Oak View Group.
Please note, this role pays £15 to £16 per hour.

• Gifts for colleagues becoming new parents & getting married
• Employee Assistance Programme
• Referral Scheme
