At Co-op Live, we’re looking for a bold Head of Facilities to take the reins of our Facilities team and raise the bar for live entertainment venues. You’ll shape and deliver a standout facilities strategy, drive high standards across policy and compliance, and lead a team that’s obsessed with creating an unbeatable fan experience. Reporting into the Facilities & Security Director you will be responsible for development & delivery of the building services management and the maintenance strategy along with managing procurement, performance and continuous review of contracted services ensuring they deliver the best standards and meet our service level agreements.
Being responsible for the capital expenditure process which is used to prioritise and approve all capital projects for the arena. You will champion and drive operational excellence and organise a regular housekeeping programme to maintain the premises to the highest possible standard, including a longer-term maintenance plan. The Head of Facilities Management will be an excellent leader injecting positivity and passion into the team, creating opportunities for development, supporting people to be their best and supporting a high performing work environment.
Leadership experience is essential for this role and having the ability to communicate at all levels is a must; in the best interest of the venue. You will be comfortable when it comes to managing budgets, developing and executing a strategy along with experience at senior level within Facilities Management within a large capacity venue.
This role is managing a hardworking team of 6 and would welcome a brilliant people manager who put people at the heart of all they do.
