Role Purpose

Senior Marketing Manager – Hospitality 
South West London | Hybrid

 

Rhubarb Hospitality Collection is seeking a commercially driven Senior Marketing Manager with strong experience in hospitality marketing (restaurants, hotels, leisure).

 

This senior management role suits a strategic marketing leader with strong hospitality experience (restaurants, bars, hotels, leisure) who is equally comfortable influencing C-suite stakeholders. 

 

This role would be perfect for a creative, entrepreneurial marketer who enjoys building brands, launching campaigns and events, nurturing partnerships and communities, and delivering measurable commercial impact in a fast-paced environment.

 

What you'll be doing

  • Drive new business growth by creating persuasive proposals, pitch decks and managing tender submissions
  • Develop on-brand, customer-ready marketing materials tailored to buyers, clients and procurement requirements
  • Support and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital marketing, social media, PR, events, outreach) to build pipeline within the hospitality sector
  • Maintain and evolve a robust marketing toolkit to improve speed, consistency, and brand quality
  • Lead social media growth, content strategy, and partner marketing initiatives; manage agencies and external collaborators


What we're looking for

  • Candidates with bid/new-business experience are very welcome - hospitality sector expertise is essential.
  • Strong marketing experience, with a proven track record in hospitality marketing (restaurants, hotels, venues, leisure) preferred
  • Experience owning new-business, bid or proposal processes for complex or high-value contracts is an advantage
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience aligning marketing offers to procurement processes, pricing strategy, and contract terms
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and copywriting skills; confident presenting to senior stakeholders and clients
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment


Good to Know

 

The role is based from our Rhubarb Head Office in South West London, with some travel required as part of this role.
