We're looking for an HR Business Partner to support a busy, multi-site, multi-functional organisation and act as a primary people contact for operational managers and stakeholders across hospitality, retail, sports and entertainment, events and corporate.

The role supports an employee population of over 4000 across multiple disciplines but has a strong hospitality lean - therefore it's essential the successful HR Business Partner has proven expertise in this sector.
This is a strategic partnering role, not a transactional one. You’ll work as a trusted consultant to senior leaders, lead a small advisory team, and help shape the people experience across a busy, multi-site business. Hospitality or food and beverage experience is vital as you’ll need to understand this world from day one.

Hybrid, WC2 office base with regular site travel across London. London-based or within easy reach of central London required.
