Oak View Group is reinventing the way the world comes together.
Driven by a passion to revolutionise the live events industry with dynamic thinking and an unshakeable dedication to those we serve, OVG turns up the volume on what makes life extraordinary.
From inspired development to curated hospitality, from brand innovation to premium for all, OVG is setting new standards and redefining expectations for everyone.
We are looking for a Senior Hospitality Technology Technician to join the Retail and Hospitality Technology team, reporting to the Head of Retail and Hospitality Technology.
This is a senior individual contributor role with scope to lead on projects, act as an escalation point for complex issues and drive continuous improvement across EPOS technology in OVG's UK and European venues.
The role is field-based and London-centred, with some regional travel and occasional international travel for venue openings, major events or system launches. Day-to-day, the core hours are Monday to Friday, with planned out-of-hours and weekend availability required around event-day operations, upgrades and go-lives.
You will be a subject matter expert that operational teams turn to when things get complicated, someone who understands both the technology and the environment it runs in and who can communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences alike.
