Fenchurch Restaurant, poised on level 37 of the iconic Sky Garden, showcases RHC’s commitment to delivering culinary excellence and impeccable service. In acknowledgement of our ambition, Fenchurch has been awarded two AA rosettes as well as the Best of Award of Excellence from the Wine Spectator Awards.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Sommelier to join our team at Fenchurch Sky Garden. If you have a passion for wine, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering top notch service, we invite you to be a valuable part of the experience.

What you'll be doing

• Supporting the Head Sommelier in the daily running of the wine departmen
• Delivering exceptional wine service, ensuring an outstanding guest experience at all times
• Advising guests confidently on wine pairings, recommendations, and regional knowledge
• Ensuring correct storage and handling of wines to maintain quality
• Maintaining high service standards in line with the brand and venue expectations

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a sommelier in a high-end restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of wines, regions, and varietals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Certification from a recognized wine education program is advantageous.
