We're looking for BOH porters to help the smooth running of Sky Gardens busy hospitality operation, you'll be making things tick behind the scenes. 

What we're looking for 

• A proactive and reliable team player with a strong work ethic
• Previous experience in a similar porter or back of house role is beneficial but not essential
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• A hands on approach with a willingness to support multiple departments

What you'll be doing

• To ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of goods to departments; both internal and externa
• To Maintain, monitor and control stock as directed/advised by BOH manager & Heads of Department
• Ensure the efficient and effective use of Sky Garden and Larch Restaurant BOH areas
• To ensure the accuracy of all goods received
• Responsible for the continuous improvement of BOH department and its efficient and effective activities
