Oak View Group

Oak View Group is reinventing the way the world comes together.

Driven by a passion to revolutionise the live events industry with dynamic thinking and an unshakeable dedication to those we serve, OVG turns up the volume on what makes life extraordinary.

From inspired development to curated hospitality, from brand innovation to premium for all, OVG is setting new standards and redefining expectations for everyone.

About the Venue

OVG provides turnkey access to hundreds of arenas, stadiums and theatres around the world, acting as a central resource for booking information, venue calendars, technical packets, event traffic data, and marketing support for promoters, talent agencies and producers seeking routing solutions.

The OVG portfolio spans premier concert facilities in major cities alongside high-quality venues in secondary and tertiary markets, giving the team genuine breadth when it comes to matching talent with the right space. From breakthrough artists finding their audience to established global superstars filling 20,000-seat arenas, OVG's experienced booking team is a trusted partner across the industry.

The Global Touring and Content division covers primarily the UK and Europe, with involvement in other markets and regular collaboration with OVG's international teams.

Role Purpose

We are looking for a Booking Project Manager who combines strong commercial instincts with a well-developed network across the live entertainment industry — someone who understands how deals get done, knows the promoter and agency landscape, and is motivated by the quality of the shows they help bring to life.

The Booking Project Manager will work across OVG's venue portfolio, managing the full booking process from initial enquiry and routing conversations through to confirmed deals and on-site delivery support. You will work directly with promoters, talent agencies, producers and programmers, acting as the connective tissue between the touring world and OVG's venues.

The scope runs from intimate theatre productions to stadium-scale spectaculars, and from established routing in core UK and European markets to occasional involvement in other territories and collaboration with OVG's global teams.

Venue formats and markets: Arenas | Stadiums | Theatres | UK and Europe (primary) | Global collaboration | Major, secondary and tertiary markets

What you'll be doing

  • Managing the booking pipeline across OVG's venue portfolio — building routing solutions, handling enquiries, progressing deals, and keeping all relevant stakeholders informed and aligned
  • Building and maintaining active relationships with promoters, talent agencies, producers and programmers, being a go-to contact that people want to bring their projects to
  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify touring opportunities, track industry trends, and support strategic decisions on programming and venue positioning
  • Preparing and presenting reports, venue information packs, calendar availability, technical data, and deal summaries for clients and internal stakeholders
  • Coordinating across OVG's internal teams including venue operations, marketing, production, and the wider global booking function, to ensure smooth delivery from confirmed booking through to show day
  • Supporting on-site event delivery during key periods, particularly during the busy summer season and for major international tours
  • Contributing to the development of OVG's booking processes, tools, and resources as the division grows

What we're looking for

An experienced live entertainment professional with a background in booking, venue programming, touring, or a closely related discipline. The network matters here. You should already know the landscape, have relationships worth bringing to the table, and be able to hit the ground running from day one as a Booking Project Manager.

Essential

  • At least two years in live events — booking, venue operations, ticketing, touring, production, or artist liaison
  • Proven sales or business development experience with a track record of delivering results
  • An established network across the live entertainment industry — promoters, agencies, producers, or programmers
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deals and relationships simultaneously
  • Excellent research and analytical skills, and the ability to present findings clearly to senior stakeholders
  • Genuine passion for live music and entertainment

Desirable

  • Direct experience in venue booking or talent buying across UK and European markets
  • Familiarity with routing strategy across major, secondary, and tertiary markets
  • Experience working across multiple venue formats including arenas, theatres, and outdoor or stadium events
  • Exposure to international touring markets beyond the UK
  • Working knowledge of ticketing systems, deal structures, or production requirements

Good to know

This role is London-based; the nature of live entertainment means travel is a genuine part of the job. You should expect regular movement across UK regions and Europe, with occasional involvement in other global markets when tours or projects require it. Flexibility around event periods, particularly during the summer season, is important.

This is a new role in a growing division, which means there is real scope to shape it.

The right Booking Project Manager will have the opportunity to build their own pipeline, develop the function alongside experienced colleagues, and grow into greater responsibility as OVG's portfolio expands.

Oak View Group is one of the most exciting businesses in live entertainment right now, expanding rapidly, investing in its people, and operating at the very top of the industry globally.

Excellent salary DOE; benefits include private healthcare, corporate gym discount, tech, cycle and EV schemes, F&B discounts and at-cost benefits, enhanced parental leave and EAP.

Our Inclusion Commitments

OVG is for everyone. Diversity drives innovation, strengthens our people, improves our service, and raises our excellence.

Wherever you come from, wherever you are going, we’d love to hear from you.

If you need any additional support or adjustments with your application, let us know and we will work with you to ensure you have everything you need.

Employee Screening and Eligibility to Work

In line with the requirements of the Asylum & Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process.
