We’re looking for a confident and commercially savvy Head of Hospitality to lead the delivery of our workplace hospitality and events operation. This is a high profile leadership role, overseeing a division that generates multi-million annual revenue.

What you'll be doing

• Lead day to day hospitality operations across on-floor catering, workplace events, and modern amenity spaces, ensuring flawless execution and exceptional service at every touchpoint.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships across a multi-client portfolio, acting as the key liaison.
• Develop and implement forward-thinking hospitality strategies that align with client objectives, elevate the guest experience, and deliver strong commercial performance.
• Continuously improve service delivery, using guest feedback, menu innovation, and evolving service models to keep experiences fresh and engaging.
• Promote a culture of high performance, accountability, and collaboration across your operational and front of house teams.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience contract catering or high end workplace environments (Essential)
• Strong leadership background managing teams in a fast paced environment
• Excellent client facing skills with a commercial mindset
• Experience overseeing high volume or multi site operations
