What you will be doing
• Preparing and delivering high quality dishes across restaurant, bar and street food concepts
• Working with fresh ingredients to produce modern, innovative menus
• Supporting the kitchen team in maintaining excellent standards and service
• Collaborating with senior chefs to develop your skills and contribute ideas
What we are looking for
• Previous hospitality experience essential in a quality driven kitchen
• Passion for food and creativity in the kitchen
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
