We are looking for an Assistant Bars Manager to join our team at the Royal Albert Hall. Managed by Rhubarb Hospitality Collection, the Royal Albert Hall bars consist of 16 unique outlets across the venue, each offering a different concept, menu, and customer experience to keep things dynamic and exciting.
All of our bars offer something different, so versatility and the ability to thrive in a varied environment are key to this role. Being an efficient communicator and strong organiser is essential to ensure our team delivers outstanding service and our guests are consistently well looked after.
We’re looking for a hands on, customer focused manager from a fast paced bar, lounge, or food retail environment. Personality and presence are just as important as experience.

The role offers a competitive salary of £35,000, along with ongoing training, development, and clear progression opportunities.
