What you'll be doing
• Leading and coordinating floor teams during high volume banqueting style service
• Delivering engaging pre service briefings to motivate and prepare the team
• Managing guest requests and resolving queries to ensure an exceptional experience
• Liaising with kitchen, management, and venue stakeholders to maintain smooth operations
What we're looking for
• Proven hospitality experience in restaurants, events, or bars is essential
• Strong leadership skills with experience supervising or guiding teams
• Confidence working in fast paced, high volume service environments
• Excellent communication and guest service skills with a proactive attitude
Good to know
This role is based at the O2 in North Greenwich and requires availability for weekends and late finishes including post midnight shifts. Candidates must be over 18 and comfortable working in a lively immersive dining and entertainment setting.Pays up to £15.75 per hour.
