What you will be doing
• Leading and coordinating bar teams to deliver seamless, high volume service
• Delivering engaging pre service briefings and motivating the team throughout shifts
• Managing guest requests and resolving queries to ensure outstanding experiences
• Liaising with kitchen, management, and stakeholders to keep service running smoothly
What we are looking for
• Hospitality experience is essential with proven experience in a leadership role
• Strong background in high volume restaurants, events, or bars
• Confident communicator with excellent guest relations skills
• Available to work weekends and late finishes past midnight with access to the O2

This role is part of a unique, high volume banqueting style environment within an immersive dining experience at the O2.
