What you will be doing
• Supporting the Head Chef in leading a large brigade within a busy all day dining kitchen
• Delivering consistently high quality dishes across multiple service periods
• Coaching mentoring and developing chefs to drive performance and progression
• Supporting kitchen operations including organisation standards and service execution
What we are looking for
• Proven experience as a Senior Sous Chef or Sous Chef within hospitality experience essential
• Strong background in high volume premium restaurant environments
• Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a large team
• Passion for food quality consistency and working in a fast paced environment

This is a full time opportunity offering up to £54000 per year depending on experience (inclusive of service), along with excellent career progression opportunities.
