This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the leadership of a high-performing team in a busy premium restaurant operation at the iconic Darwin Brasserie, Sky Garden.

What you will be doing

• Supporting the Restaurant Manager in leading and motivating the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Assisting with the day-to-day operation of a high volume restaurant while maintaining excellent service standards
• Managing operational administration, recruitment, and reservations
• Coaching and developing team members through training, performance management, and ongoing support

What we are looking for

• Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or in a similar supervisory hospitality role
• Strong operational knowledge within a fast paced restaurant environment
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop others
• Organised, proactive, and confident with strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Passion for delivering outstanding hospitality and guest service
