This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the leadership of a high performing team in a busy premium restaurant operation at the iconic Darwin Brasserie, Sky Garden.

What you will be doing

• Supporting the Restaurant Manager in leading, motivating, and developing the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and outstanding customer service
• Assisting with the day-to-day management of a high-volume restaurant operation while maintaining premium hospitality standards 
• Coaching, training, and developing team members through performance management, succession planning, and ongoing support
• Helping drive operational efficiency, team engagement, and commercial performance across the restaurant

What we are looking for

• Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager, Restaurant Supervisor, Floor Manager, or similar hospitality management role
• Strong operational knowledge within a fast-paced restaurant, hospitality, or premium dining environment
• Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop high-performing teams
• Organised, proactive, and confident with strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and memorable guest experiences
