This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and ambitious Assistant General Manager to join one of London's most prestigious restaurant destinations. We are looking for a passionate hospitality leader who thrives in a high volume premium restaurant environment and is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Working closely with the General Manager, you will play a key role in leading restaurant operations, developing a large front-of-house team, and ensuring outstanding service standards.
