Are you a master of crowd dynamics, seamless logistics, and high-stakes event delivery? We are looking for a dynamic, hands-on Operations Manager to lead daily operations and event-day delivery across our world-class stadium at Leicester City FC and multi-outlet venue spaces.
From managing massive public crowds to overseeing premium corporate hospitality, you will be the driving force that keeps our venue safe, compliant, and performing at its peak.
What you'll be doing
What we're looking for
Proven management experience in a stadium, arena, high-volume leisure, or large-scale live events venue.
A natural, calm-under-pressure leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
Strong knowledge of crowd management, safety regulations, and licensing laws.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage diverse team dynamics.
Good to know:
As our Operations Manager the role involves a flexible working pattern which may include some evenings and weekends - that's the nature of the stadia world. You'll need to be comfortable with that, and with the idea that no two weeks look the same.
The Operations Manager role pays up to £55,000 per annum and is based on site at Leicester City Football Club.
