Role Purpose

Join an exciting immersive musical theatre dining experience where no two shifts are the same. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional to step into a leadership role, supporting a high-volume bar operation while delivering exceptional guest experiences at one of London's most iconic entertainment venues.

As Assistant Bar Manager, you will support the Deputy General Manager Bars in the operational and administrative management of the venue's bar operations. You'll play a key role in driving revenue, developing the team, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day delivery across a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting the management and performance of the bar operation across the venue
  • Leading, motivating, and developing the bar team to deliver exceptional service standards
  • Creating and managing rotas for the bar team
  • Delivering engaging pre-shift briefings and reviewing pre-orders and service plans
  • Driving beverage sales and identifying opportunities to maximise revenue
  • Supporting VIP and group service strategies to enhance the guest experience

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a Bar Manager, Assistant Bar Manager, Senior Supervisor, or similar hospitality leadership role
  • Strong understanding of high-volume hospitality operations
  • Proven experience leading and developing teams
  • Excellent commercial awareness with a focus on driving sales and revenue
  • Strong organisational and communication skills

Good to Know
This role is based at The O2, North Greenwich, and requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and late-night shifts, including finishes after midnight. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older and comfortable working within a lively, immersive dining and entertainment environment.

In return, you'll earn up to £20 per hour on a 40 hour a week contract and enjoy a range of excellent benefits, including a 40% discount on food and drink across selected restaurants, complimentary meals on duty, and access to industry-leading training and development programmes. You'll have clear opportunities for career progression within a leading hospitality brand, alongside exclusive company perks, discounts, and employee wellbeing and support programmes. If you're a passionate hospitality leader looking to combine bar management, team development, and exceptional guest experiences within a unique entertainment venue, we'd love to hear from you.
