Role Purpose

Join the team at Fenchurch Restaurant, Sky Garden's award-winning 2 AA Rosette restaurant, where exceptional dining, breathtaking views and outstanding hospitality come together. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Floor Manager to lead a high-performing team, deliver outstanding guest experiences and uphold the exceptional standards of one of London's most iconic dining destinations.


What you will be doing

  • Leading and motivating the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service at every stage of the guest journey
  • Managing the day-to-day floor operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service throughout each shift
  • Supporting, coaching and developing team members to maintain the highest standards of hospitality
  • Working closely with the management and kitchen teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
  • Monitoring guest satisfaction and resolving any feedback or concerns promptly and professionally

What we are looking for

  • Previous experience as a Floor Manager, or Senior Supervisor within a high-volume premium hospitality environment
  • A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, develop and motivate teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of food, beverage and service standards within a quality-led restaurant environment

Good to know
This is a full-time permanent position offering a salary of up to £39,000 per annum, plus paid meal allowance.
