At Co-op Live, we're redefining the live entertainment experience. We're looking for a commercially astute Procurement Manager to lead our procurement strategy and help drive exceptional value across the business.

As Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering Co-op Live's procurement strategy, ensuring the venue secures maximum value from its supplier partnerships while maintaining the highest standards of quality, service, compliance, and commercial integrity. Working collaboratively across the business, you will lead all aspects of procurement activity, from sourcing and supplier relationship management through to contract negotiation, governance, and performance management.
You'll analyse costs, identify opportunities for efficiencies and cost reduction, and provide accurate reporting and insights that support informed decision-making. Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation, you'll ensure procurement solutions align with commercial priorities, operational requirements, and our commitment to delivering an outstanding fan experience.
What Co-op Live gives you
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum dependent on experience + Benefits
What you’ll bring:
As an experienced Procurement Manager, you wll have significant procurement experience gained within a complex commercial organisation, with responsibility for delivering value, managing supplier relationships and supporting operational objectives. You will also have proven experience managing procurement activity across multiple spend categories, balancing competing priorities and stakeholder requirements.
