What you will be doing
• Preparing and delivering high quality dishes in a high volume, banqueting style kitchen
• Supporting smooth kitchen operations during busy service periods
• Maintaining excellent food standards, presentation, and consistency
• Working closely with the team to ensure efficient and organised service

What we are looking for
• Hospitality experience is essential with proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar
• Experience in high volume or banqueting style service preferred
• Strong knife skills and solid understanding of cooking techniques
• Ability to work under pressure with great attention to detail and flexibility for evenings and weekends

This is a casual contract within a stunning venue at the O2, offering the chance to be part of an immersive dining experience alongside a supportive and collaborative team.
