Role Purpose

Join the bar team at Sky Garden and be part of one of London’s most iconic rooftop destinations, the 2 AA Rosette restaurant Fenchurch. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Bartender to develop their cocktail expertise, deliver exceptional customer service, and build their career within a premium hospitality environment known for outstanding food, drinks, and unforgettable guest experiences.


What you will be doing

  • Preparing and serving high-quality cocktails, wines, spirits and non-alcoholic beverages to the highest standards
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced rooftop restaurant and bar
  • Sharing product knowledge and making tailored recommendations to enhance the guest experience
  • Maintaining smooth, efficient bar operations during busy service periods
  • Ensuring bar presentation, cleanliness and service standards are consistently maintained

What we are looking for

  • Previous bartending experience within a busy bar, restaurant, hotel or hospitality environment is essential
  • Strong cocktail knowledge and a passion for mixology, quality drinks and guest service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident, professional approach
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high service standards
  • Ability to remain organised and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive attitude and enthusiasm for learning and career development within hospitality

This is a full-time Bartender opportunity offering up to £15.71 per hour, plus a paid meal allowance.
