This is a fantastic opportunity for an passionate hospitality professional to take ownership of a lively operation and play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience while developing their career within a successful and expanding company.

What you'll be doing
• Managing the day-to-day operation of a busy rooftop student bar, ensuring exceptional service and high operational standards
• Leading, coaching and motivating the bar team to deliver an outstanding customer experience
• Overseeing stock control, cash handling, licensing compliance and venue presentation
• Driving smooth and efficient service during busy trading periods while maintaining attention to detail
• Taking a hands-on approach by supporting the team behind the bar when required
• Creating a fun, safe and welcoming environment for students, guests and team members

What we're looking for
• Previous experience as a Assistant Bar Manager or Supervisor within a premium hospitality environment
• A confident leader with the ability to inspire, develop and support a high-performing team
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills
• A proactive, hands-on management style and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced venue
• Excellent knowledge of bar operations, compliance and customer service standards
• A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences

Good to know
This role pays £36,000 per annum and involves five evening shifts per week, including weekends, with typical finish times between 9:30pm and 11:30pm. The successful candidate will take ownership of a busy rooftop student bar while remaining actively involved in operations during peak service periods.
