Join the team at Darwin Brasserie, our stunning rooftop restaurant at Sky Garden, where exceptional dining meets breathtaking views across London. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and guest focused Waiter / Waitress to be part of one of London's most iconic dining destinations, working within a high volume, quality driven restaurant environment.

What you will be doing

• Delivering exceptional service and creating memorable dining experiences for guests
• Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Serving food and drinks to the highest standards while maintaining excellent attention to detail
• Building positive relationships with guests through friendly and professional service
• Working closely with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient service throughout busy periods

What we are looking for

• Previous experience as a Waiter, Waitress, Server, or in a customer facing hospitality role preferred
• A positive attitude and passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment
• Excellent attention to detail and a professional approach to service
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends

This role offers a minimum of 30 hours per week and pays up to £15.71 per hour, alongside an excellent benefits package designed to support your personal and professional growth.
