As an Event Day Steward, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, security, and enjoyment of all visitors attending events at Co-op Live. Acting as a visible and approachable presence, you'll provide excellent customer service while supporting the safe entry, movement, and exit of guests throughout the venue.

We're looking for customer-focused individuals who thrive in a fast-paced event environment and are passionate about delivering outstanding experiences for our guests. You'll be friendly, approachable and confident when interacting with visitors, with excellent communication and customer service skills.
The ideal candidate will remain calm and professional under pressure, work effectively as part of a team, and be willing to go the extra mile to ensure every guest has a positive experience. You'll be reliable, professional and committed to maintaining the highest standards while being comfortable spending extended periods on your feet during events.
To be successful in this role, you'll hold an NVQ Level 2 in Spectator Safety, along with previous stewarding experience within a stadium, arena or similar venue is essential; as is possession of an SIA Licence, which is desirable.
