OVG are looking for an experienced Learning & Development Manager to drive operational excellence across our UK venues. You will design, deliver and evaluate high-impact learning that lifts performance, engagement and retention while shaping a culture of continuous development.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Creating and delivering engaging workshops, e‑learning and blended learning programs

• Coaching managers and supporting our Training Coordinator + Learning Ambassadors

• Travelling across UK sites to deliver training, embed standards and support new openings

• Owning end‑to‑end learning programs, ensuring quality, consistency and compliance

• Measuring impact through clear reporting, data and performance outcomes

• Embedding wellbeing principles into learning to strengthen resilience and engagement

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience designing and delivering operational L&D in multi‑site hospitality

• Confident coach with the ability to influence managers and drive cultural change

• Skilled in e‑learning development and blended learning approaches

• Comfortable leading others and supporting learning ambassadors across multiple sites

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Someone who enjoys being hands‑on, visible and connected to the operation

Good to Know

This is a 12‑month FTC with regular UK travel and occasional European support. You’ll report to the Director of People Development and play a key role in shaping learning across a fast‑growing, premium business.
