From inspired development to curated hospitality, from brand innovation to premium for all, OVG is setting new standards and redefining expectations for everyone.

About the Venue

Town Hall is one of central London’s newest and most dynamic event venues, thoughtfully designed for extraordinary experiences.

Seamlessly blending grand architecture with modern functionality, Town Hall is the perfect setting for events of any scale.

From elegant lobbies and private green rooms to state-of-the-art facilities, every detail has been carefully considered to ensure our clients are given a flawless and memorable occasion!

Role Purpose

At Rhubarb, we create exceptional experiences in some of London's most iconic venues. Based at Town Hall Spaces, you'll be part of a team delivering everything from high-profile corporate events and brand activations to private celebrations and large-scale hospitality experiences. No two days are the same, making this the perfect opportunity for a passionate event professional who thrives on variety, creativity and attention to detail.

We are looking for an exceptionally organised, creative Senior Event Planner to join our growing planning team.

You'll take ownership of events from initial enquiry through to delivery, creating bespoke experiences that bring together innovative food and beverage concepts, exceptional guest experiences and flawless event planning. Working closely with clients, culinary teams, operational departments and external partners, you'll ensure every event is meticulously planned and delivered to the highest standard.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage a portfolio of events from initial enquiry and quotation through to final planning and post-event completion.
  • Build strong client relationships, creating bespoke event proposals that reflect individual briefs, objectives and brand identities.
  • Collaborate with Culinary, Creative and Operations teams to develop innovative food, beverage and event concepts.
  • Produce accurate function sheets, quotations and planning documentation, ensuring operational teams have all the information needed for seamless delivery.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in event planning, account management or hospitality events within a premium venue, catering or events environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong commercial awareness with experience producing quotations, managing budgets and identifying opportunities for repeat business.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.

Good to know

In return, you'll join a leading hospitality business that invests in its people and offers excellent opportunities for development and progression. Alongside a competitive salary of £42,000, you'll benefit from career development opportunities, access to industry-leading events and venues, employee recognition programmes, team social events, staff discounts across selected Rhubarb venues, and the opportunity to work alongside some of the most talented professionals in the hospitality and events industry.

Our Inclusion Commitments

OVG is for everyone. Diversity drives innovation, strengthens our people, improves our service, and raises our excellence. Wherever you come from, wherever you are going, we’d love to hear from you.
