Join The Chop, an exciting quick-service salad concept in London Bridge, serving fresh, chef-crafted salads and toasted wraps to busy professionals, students, and visitors. Developed by Rhubarb Hospitality Collection, The Chop combines high-quality ingredients, efficient service, and exceptional food standards in a fast-paced, modern kitchen environment.

We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie with a passion for fresh food and salad-led concepts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in salad bars, deli-style kitchens, fresh food retail, or quick-service operations who is looking to develop their career within an innovative and growing hospitality business.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef, ideally within a salad bar, deli, fresh food retail, grab-and-go, or quick-service food environment
• Confident preparing and working with fresh produce, salads, dressings, grains, proteins, and healthy menu offerings
• Experience delivering consistently high-quality food in a fast-paced service environment
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage prep efficiently
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring every dish is presented to brand standards

What You'll Be Doing

• Preparing fresh ingredients daily, including salads, grains, vegetables, proteins, dressings, and wraps
• Producing high-quality, visually appealing salads and menu items in line with brand specifications
• Managing your section to ensure smooth and efficient service throughout the day
• Supporting stock control, ordering, rotation, and waste management procedures
• Maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety

This position offers a competitive rate of £15.80 per hour, with primarily daytime shifts, including weekends. Based in the heart of London Bridge, you'll work with fresh, high-quality ingredients in a dynamic salad-focused kitchen, developing your skills within a growing and innovative hospitality concept backed by Rhubarb Hospitality Collection.
