What you will be doing

• Providing high-quality food and beverage service to guests across our retail outlets, ensuring an exceptional customer experience
• Delivering friendly, professional, and efficient service with a positive attitude
• Building rapport with guests and creating a welcoming atmosphere
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation across service area
• Supporting colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations
   

What we are looking for

• Previous hospitality experience is essential
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
• Positive attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, proactive, and able to perform well in a fast-paced environment
• A team player who enjoys working collaboratively with others

Good to know

This casual contract offers approximately 30 hours per week, with flexible shifts. The role pays up to £14.80 per hour with monthly service charge and provides an excellent opportunity to develop your hospitality career within a supportive and welcoming team.
