What you will be doing

• Preparing and serving high-quality coffee, specialty beverages, and refreshments to guests and customers
• Delivering friendly, professional, and engaging customer service with every interaction
• Building rapport with regular customers and creating a welcoming atmosphere
• Maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness, presentation, and organisation within the coffee bar area
• Supporting the wider team to deliver a smooth and efficient service throughout the day
• Taking pride in product quality, ensuring every drink is prepared to the highest standard

What we are looking for

• Previous hospitality experience is essential, ideally within a barista, café, coffee shop,
• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality beverages
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
• The ability to work efficiently and remain organised in a fast-paced setting
• A reliable team player who enjoys working collaboratively with others

This casual contract offering expected hours of 30hrs per week, Monday to Friday role at 22 Bishopsgate pays up to £14.80 per hour with monthly service charge and offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a professional and rewarding environment.
