What You'll Be Doing

• Preparing and serving a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard
• Delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests, colleagues, and visitors
• Providing knowledgeable recommendations on drinks, beers, wines, and cocktails
• Maintaining high standards of bar presentation, cleanliness, and organisation
• Processing orders efficiently while ensuring accuracy during busy service periods
• Supporting bar, restaurant, café, and event operations as required

What We're Looking For

• A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
• A professional and polished approach to customer service
• Previous hospitality experience in a bar, pub, restaurant, or similar bartending role
• Good knowledge of beverages, wines, beers, and cocktails, or a willingness to learn
• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
• A team player who enjoys working collaboratively and supporting colleagues

Good to Know

This role offers 30+ hours per week on an hourly contract, with pay of up to £14.80 per hour with monthly service charge. Team members enjoy regular food and drink tastings, complimentary meals on duty, and access to fantastic employee recognition programmes, incentives, and rewards.
