Role Purpose

 

Join the Sky Garden team as a Bartender, delivering exceptional service in one of London's most iconic hospitality destinations. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and ambitious hospitality professional to develop their career within a fast-paced, high-volume environment while working alongside some of the industry's best talent.

 

Based within our Bars Team, you'll play a key role across two busy bar outlets, creating memorable guest experiences while serving a wide range of premium beverages against the backdrop of London's most spectacular skyline views.


What We're Looking For

  • Previous bartending experience within a busy bar, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality venue
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Experience working in high-volume environments while maintaining excellent attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to remain calm, focused, and organised during busy service periods
  • A proactive and professional approach to customer service
  • A team player with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn and develop

What You'll Be Doing

  • Preparing and serving a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to the highest standards
  • Delivering friendly, professional, and engaging service to every guest
  • Providing knowledgeable recommendations on cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits to enhance the guest experience
  • Maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation behind the bar
  • Working efficiently during busy periods while maintaining speed, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Supporting colleagues across the wider Bars Team to deliver seamless and memorable service

The role pays up to £16.21 per hour and offers excellent training, development, and progression opportunities across our growing business.
