This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional to develop their career within a fast-paced, high-volume environment while working alongside some of the industry’s best talent.

Based within our Bars Team, you'll support guests across two busy bar outlets, creating memorable experiences through outstanding food and beverage service.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress or Front of House Team Member within a busy bar, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality venue
• A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Good food and beverage knowledge, with the ability to confidently recommend menu items to guests
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, team-focused attitude with a strong work ethic and desire to learn and develop
• A professional and proactive approach to service

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing friendly, professional, and engaging table service to guests
• Taking food and beverage orders accurately and ensuring prompt, efficient delivery
• Building rapport with guests and sharing menu knowledge to enhance their experience
• Making recommendations and upselling products where appropriate
• Maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation throughout service areas
• Supporting the wider Bars Team to deliver smooth and efficient service during busy periods
• Contributing to a positive team culture while upholding Sky Garden's high standards of hospitality
