What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a retail, customer service, hospitality, or visitor attraction environment preferred
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and high-quality service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing a warm, friendly, and engaging service to all customers
• Assisting customers with purchases and product enquiries
• Processing transactions accurately through the till system
• Maintaining exceptional standards of merchandising, stock presentation, and cleanliness throughout the retail space
