Are you an experienced hospitality professional looking for a rewarding role in a stunning venue? We are seeking a Café Supervisor to help deliver exceptional customer service at the beautiful Nonsuch Mansion in Cheam.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team in a unique location, where you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the café while creating a welcoming experience for every guest.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting the daily operation of the café and supervising service
• Delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring high standards are maintained
• Assisting both front and back of house as required
• Supporting kitchen operations during busy periods
• Working closely with the wider team to ensure a seamless guest experience

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a supervisory hospitality role
• A hands-on approach and willingness to support across different areas of the business
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills
• A positive attitude and passion for customer service
• A reliable team player who thrives in a busy environment
