We're looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our team - working in brand-new purpose-built kitchens, you’ll be providing food for our restaurant, bars and food kiosks at 22B. As a Chef de Partie you’ll be cooking up a range of fresh, healthy and vibrant dishes with an innovative edge. All of the food at 22B showcases rhubarb’s signature creativity, whether fresh, clean plated lunch/dinner or Asian style street food.
We are looking for an exceptional, wet-led, General Manager to join our Sky Garden leadership team.
The General Manager will oversee the day to day management of two outlets – all with progressive offers catering to the needs of our guests. They will ensure that our 70-strong team delivers the highest level of service for up to 6000 visitors per day.
The General Manager will need to be fully immersed with administrative responsibilities – rotas, payroll, H&S – as well as more hands-on operational tasks such as service and team training and that truly leads by example.
