This role is absolutely key on event days to lead and supervise a team of event supervisors on a level of the arena, keeping our fans safe and providing an exceptional fan experience by giving our fans a warm Manchester welcome to Co-op Live!   On event days you will be supporting the venue management teams with a variety of key tasks in prep for pre and post event check processes, collating all required documentation, attending and holding briefing sessions, supporting stewards with on the job training, supporting event supervisors with any escalated issues or concerns around crowd management and safety. We will hold recruitment sessions throughout the year and require support from level managers for the recruitment of our Inhouse Crowd Safety Management Team.
